Graphic agent terminal TemulPro

The abundance of possibilities and situations for selling transport demands that an agent remember a large number of formats for entry queries. Moreover, the functional possibilities of �Sirena-2.3� are constantly developing, at times quite substantially. A graphic illustration of this is the new function �Optimal Fares�: according to the requirements given for transport from A to B, the system suggests routing variants which have been checked for seat availability and which are displayed in ascending order by price. For performing such a function the format of the queries contain many modifiers.

For this reason even experienced agents do not use all of the possibilities of �Sirena-2.3�.

With the new terminal it is only required to choose the necessary function from a menu and fill out the form which appears. And the rules for filling out each graphic field appear automatically when the cursor is entered into it. The experience working in text mode is not lost. Previous instructions remain in force.

The terminal is useful both for beginning users and for users who rarely use ADS SIRIN. For experienced users, the terminal allows them to increase the speed of data entry and use the full possibilities of �Sirena-2.3�.

TemulPro is among the new generation of software, which can be distinguished by the automatic downloading of new versions from the server. Thanks to this the labor intensity of support is reduced, as are the professional requirements for support personnel.The new approach was also used for the creation of a graphic terminal for the airline control agent.
