System for sales of tickets to cultural and show events The Anschlag

The ANSCHLAG system is designed for sales of tickets to cultural and show events of the broadest types: sporting events, theatrical plays, movies, circus shows, concerts et al.

To these purposes a universal range of concepts is used, with which any event can be described in the database: showing, repertory, work, hall, organization-performer, hall prices, and also discounts, penalties, agencies, terminals, operators, commissions, pre-payment by agencies, et al.The sale of tickets directly at the ticket window is possible, and by advance order (by telephone to a call-center, by email, etc.) Technology for accelerating the servicing of a line immediately before the beginning of a session is foreseen.

In developing the system the base program for developing the application was the result of many years of work of ZAO TAIS on “Sirena-2.3”. This platform presents standard tools for solving the tasks of mass service, namely:

• a graphic terminal for work with a remote database;
• network tools for work with a remote network of terminals;
• a graphic emulator for the agent terminal;
• the organization of an operator dialogue and work session;
• the management of functions of the authority levels of controllers and agents;
• the formation and servicing of an archive of agent transactions and operations with the database;
• accumulation and servicing of statistics.

For each order an order record is created in the system in which all data concerning it and operations with it are reflected (reservation, sale, ticket return, reservation cancellation, et al., entry of client information et al.).

The Anschlag system center can serve the events of various different organizations in differing cities of the country, and each organization can administer its own database as necessary, for example, for the purposes of an operative management of prices and repertory. Terminals of the system may be located in various cities throughout the country and work with the center through the Internet.
